Easiest way is to pair them up with the Texas cops, 2 to a car. That way they have a local radio as well.

there is some weird shit about the texas border just like the coastal waters . the feds tried years ago to interfere with oil leases in the gulf . texas told them to pound sand it belongs to us . slowly but surely the conservatives are learning to fight back. the lefts bid for total power was foretold many years ago. they will succeed or totally implode . i think the moderates and independents have had enough . rinos are falling like rocks off a cliff .
