Be interesting to see how it all turns out. I've always thought that maybe we should just try letting them do whatever the hell they want for 100 years and just quit buying oil from them. Let them be the nobodys that they really are.

They'd just multiply and spead even more than they already do.

Wouldn't most of them die though, what with all the hunger and poverty? Maybe they couldn't multiply faster than they died, and all would be well.

Well we need to make them a self regulating population. Like people do with praying mantises in their gardens. The mantises eat all the bugs and breed, but then if there gets to be too many of them, they eat each other and tone the population down. But there are always enough of the strong ones left to repopulate in the event of more bugs coming back to the garden. Maybe we can do something like that. Have them have to eat each other. But then when there gets to be too few of them, send 'em a fruit basket. Then they can eat and breed some, and then go back to having to eat each other.

WTF do they have to complain about? Didn't we just spend the last 10 years liberating them?

The people are watching us preparing to move out and seeing their oil production increase again, yet all this aid and still the government turns off their power, doesn't fix their roads, build schools and hospitals, etc. Nothing returned to the people.

They know that they are standing on potentially trillions of dollars of the most demanded resource and understand why they still live like savages. Their government is either not good at hiding its corruption or just doesn't give a fuck. Iraq is on its way to making money to the pre-Gulf War times, eventually. It is making good money right now, yet there are still days when there are hours and hours of power outages. The only delvelopment in infrastructure is what the US military does out of charitable projects. We are leaving and not setting them up for success, though.

Markets and currencies are the main weapons. Food and energy are the targeted locations. The enitre globe is the area of operation.

And for anyone doubting this financial war, this is just an example of what I can grab from today's headlines. The worst part is, it is not the US that can make a difference here, rather the big banks and they're in it for themselves, not any country.

China News: Indian buyers are at present making payments in US dollars, and they often have to convert rupee into the US currency for the purpose.

To arrest the dollar's decline, it's essential for monetary authorities to institute a rules-based policy with the dollar's price defined in terms of gold.

I guess it goes back to what people have been saying about letting them take care of their own country, whether they sink or swim. All the time and money we have put into it will be for not if they just go back to the same way of life.

I understand that there's a lot of oppression over there, but what the fuck happened to make them all do it one country after another? What is the real goal? Who do these people want power turned over to?

Someone with more insight into what these morons are really trying to accomplish in what appears to be damn near the entire middle east?
Maybe, just MAYBE, they're trying to show us what it takes to do the same?

but then again, I'm an uninformed dumbass....
