I lived by a pool at an apartment in Lewisville about 25 years ago and it was no stop noise around the clock once it got warm outside. There were times I thought about shooting the motherfuckers making all of the noise. About 2 minutes of observation will let anyone except for the blind see that there is a definite racial component to who is and who is not making a bunch of noise at a pool. Some groups simply can not behave in a civil manner in public. I am not saying that what the killer did was ok. I am simply saying that I understand one of his potential motives.
