So we are have an election in my city and one of the deals to vote on is to switch from an edc to an mdd. I have done some research but am hoping for a little more clarification. If I understand it correctly an mdd will open the door to bigger and faster city growth. While an edc sorta restricts that. Anyone dealt with this and have any insight or info about this stuff?

I would not want either. It is a scam that allows developers to use tax dollars to develop their own land. Vista Ridge mall and the land around it is one and so is Las Colinas. Both are hundreds of millions in debt that can never be paid off.Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

Unfortunately, I think we all know it's only a matter of time that some big corp will come in and change everything.
