I don't disagree with that. My only concern is that the quality of my kids education is sacrificed because of money spent to teach english as a second language to mostly illegal immigrants. Maybe it sounds heartless and cruel but when all ISD's are facing deep budget cuts, this should be the first nonsense to go.
