Yes, using cuss words on the internet does mean you're upset, and that's funny no matter who ye are.
It wouldn't be funny if she wasn't such a whore! Did you ever figure out who your daddy was?

Being offended from the actions/expressions of others is not a right.

To demonstrate full commitment to free speech under the 1st Amendment, this teacher should stage a cross burning enactment in front of his students, and support it with equal zeal as shown toward his American flag desecration.

If he stared at your daughter inappropriately during class it wouldn't matter because it is not illegal?

As the left is fond of saying when someone uses their freedom of speech and offends them, "You have the freedom of speech, but not freedom of the consequences". We can apply the same rule here. The teacher has the right to disrespect the flag, but the school also has the right to fire him for it, just like what would happen to me if I called someone at my job a ni99er.

You could come up with a mile long list of similar BS and my opinion on this topic wouldn't change. While I vehemently disagree with disrespecting the flag, I won't say the man deserves jail time over it.

I do disagree with his choice of venues. A public classroom is not the place to push your personal views onto the students. That's one of many reasons my children are home schooled.

He's in a position of authority, demonstrating a dislike for this country, in an attempt to teach a point that could have been taught a million other ways, without inciting dislike or hatred towards this country.

He's hiding behind the 1st to use it to spread anti-american hate. He could do that in any other environment, but not many are as effective as impressionable young kids.

School should be an unbiased factual educational environment, but this teacher is using it to express his political opinion, in the guise of first amendment teachings.

                That's bullshit.

I know I'm reaching here, but WHAT IF, someone had asked what all the fuss over the Colin Kaepernickle was, and he was demonstrating why it was his right to do what he did.

I would hope he is capable of explaining situations without resorting to re-enacting them.

Shit man, I'm a visual learner.

BTW this PC is slow as shit, you sure these are 980's? Windows shows them as 780's. The legit copy of benchmark isn't even close to what my 970 ran. Kidding.

The 1st amendment wasn't created for the speech you agree with, it is there for the speech you don't. This guy should have his fucking ass kicked but there should never be a law against what he did because you can't trust the government with that kind of power.

Sure they do, but unless they have a good reason that he should be fired, and not just he was showing what you can get away with in a free nation, they're going to be in for and lose a lawsuit

is he now? What else has he done to show that?

It is a crime to desecrate our flag. That is not protected under 1st amendment rights and neither is inciting riots.

When you're a teacher, you're there to teach academics. Not opinions. I will say that I don't mind Colin Kaepernicks kneeling/sitting. Good for him. I'll still stand, but I will respect his opinion. This teacher is forcing his opinion on young minds.
