I don't see a problem with this as he was demonstrating the 1st amendment as a lesson to the children.
He should be charged with treason, not that he legally would be. Whether that is an idiotic statement is open to interpretation, as you have no basis on which to assume that he was simply demonstrating the 1st amendment to the children. Your assumption is therefore idiotic as well.

The State must have some kind of issue with it since he's out on admin leave.

Why should he be charged with treason, and why are you assuming that he was doing anything other than demonstrating the First Amendment when there haven't been any reports of that? Since Fox isn't warming up the gas chambers for him because he was trying to recruit impressionable kids to join ISIS, it seems more logical that he was simply demonstrating one of the freedoms guaranteed to us by the First Amendment, and Fox seized a chance to jump on an anti-American liberal.

Tell me why you think it's wrong or why the district might think it's wrong, please.

Can't speak for the District, you'd have to ask them.

Then you don't think it's wrong, just that he should be charged with treason?

Congress used to be of similar thinking, before the SCOTUS decision. Whatever I think is immaterial though, it's between him, his class, and the District now.

                  ***EDIT***
Also, now between him and the student he's wanting punished for violating county laws for capturing his "lesson" on video. My assessment of him being a butthurt negro stands.

it is blatantly disrespectful to our nation and those who made great sacrifices providing this ungrateful individual the right put the flag on floor and step on it without being lit on fire for doing so.

not even sure how this is a question... my son has known this since he was 5 years old when he joined Cub Scouts.

what is it you don't understand?

Morally wrong and legally wrong are two different things. Whether we agree with him or not doesn't matter.

Exactly. I agree that it's disrespectful and think that there are better ways to demonstrate First Amendment rights, but what he did is not illegal. I don't think it's grounds for firing, either, unless there was a whole lot more that hasn't come out yet.

This is where you show you are upset, punkin' (or should I say idiot) and calling you out on it is what I do.

So using cuss words on the internet means I'm upset. Noted. I'll try to contain my anger next time as to not offend you. Many apologies.

If I wanted my come back I'd get it from your mother.

A "Your Mom" joke, no surprise there.

Yes, using cuss words on the internet does mean you're upset, and that's funny no matter who ye are.
