Ever been around a bunch of meth heads?

Yes. If they had access to as much meth as they could possibly shoot into their veins that was free or very, very cheap there would not be many meth heads for very long. Just stick a few thousand of them into the cowboys stadium and make sure that they are all heavily armed and have a few hundred pounds of meth and let them go at it. Broadcast it live.
Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

A bunch, no. Just one at a time, and yeah it was hard to watch. You run into 'em every once in awhile, even in a small town like mine.

However he does have a point. If they had access to all the meth they wanted cause it was next to free, they wouldn't be around too long. To which I'd say: "Well you can't make people's choices for 'em. They're going to do what they're going to do".

Yeah that's true also. Not even sure they would need guns. Once the formula was off just a little they would all OD.

It's like hating McDonalds for the fat tubs of shit they create. While they continue to supply, the addict continues to purchase.

Exactly, with nicotine being up there as one of the the most addictive substances. If one can quit smoking they can fucking quit anything. Problem is, addicts substitute one addiction for another and end up killing themselves at perhaps a slower rate than with a more aggressive narcotic.

Yep, addicts get stuck chasing the dragon and the same result happens every time.

Even too much of both of those will kill you.

Its just an easy way to make excuses for them. Calling it a disease takes away their personal responsibility for it.

Very true, but we have made excuses part of our society these days.

Duterte wants unrestricted power under martial law, something that is currently restriced under their constitution. My money is on them giving it to him, and it turning out very bad.
