          Every kingdom eventually sees its end. The good ol us of a will be no different. I just hope its in like 1000 years when one day, hopefully government isn't really needed anymore. Que star trek lifestyle.

            It would be. But, it would instantly stabilize the housing market by creating demand, bolstering prices and creating a need for houses to be built. Something along the lines of 11% of the total number of houses in the US are currently vacant.

            I'm curious how long some of these houses have been empty and will remain that way.
