  • Isis leader Al Bagdahdi reportedly killed in airstrike.

    About fucking time.

ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has reportedly been killed in a US air strike in Raqqa. His death would be a major blow for ISIS and comes two days after 49 innocents were killed in Orlando nightclub.

ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has reportedly been killed in a US air strike in Raqqa.

His death, reported by the respected Turkish daily Yenis Safak, would be a major blow for the jihadists and comes only days after 50 people were killed in an Orlando nightclub by a man pledging allegiance to ISIS.

The Islamic State leader was reported to be injured in Raqqa, Syria, last week but officials could not confirm if he was fatally wounded

Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been killed following US-led air strikes in Syria, according to reports.

A statement from Amaq news agency linked to Islamic State said: "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been killed by coalition air strikes on Raqqa on the fifth day of Ramadan."

Another source claimed he died in Mosul, Iraq - another ISIS-held stronghold.

In a statement from Iraqi security forces, officers said: "Iraqi aircraft hit Baghdadi's convoy as it was moving towards Karabla to attend a meeting of the Daesh [ISIS]terrorist leaders."

The news comes after an Iraqi TV channel claimed last week that al-Baghdadi, who is believed to be in besieged ISIS 'capital' Raqqa, was hurt by a bomb released from a US-led coalition aircraft.

Maybe not but this guy has by far been the most effective leader of the group so far. They went from being a small time rebel group funded by the Saudi version of the CIA to ruling parts of Syria, Libya and Iraq. Granted he probably wouldn't have accomplished any of this if Obama didn't try to completely pull out of Iraq and then half ass support the rebels in Syria.
