Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

It's a long way to November but at the moment it's looking more like the Dems could retake both the Senate and House.

I think the tea party overplayed its hand over the last two years. I understand that they have specific objectives but they never gave themselves room to negotiate. The very nature of our Constitution is to negotiate. Instead the Dems have done a very good job of making the tea party look like a bunch of obstructionist that keep any real work from getting done.

Cruz is unlikable. He is an ideologue that comes across as full of shit. He has the most punchable face I've ever seen. In today's America, that means he is unelectable. Even if he has good and valid platforms, his person is just insufferable.

Basically this, people hate his face and voice. This country is fucking doomed. Death by a thousand cuts, we are almost there.

I have voted for the man every time I have had the opportunity to do so and have sent him money as well but I am afraid that you are more correct then you are incorrect about this.

I can not wait to hear what Rush has to say today.

At least Trump will have about six months to bash that dumb cunt all over the television, that is going to be entertaining.

Been talking to a few others about this all day. The weird thing is that he could actually be ok. He said recently that his VP pick would be someone who knew politics very well and could work with both sides of the house and senate. He knows he wouldn't be able to survive 4 yrs on xenophobic rhetoric.

He has potential to be really good... I guess...

But at the same time just contemplating the fact that Donald fucking Trump could be president - that's up there with trying to understand advanced astrophysics with just a fine arts degree.

Here's my favorite part about all this (FWIW, I have never been on the Trump bandwagon - I voted Fred Thompson )

In NY, Bernie spent $9.03 per vote. Hillary spent $3.62 per vote.
Trump spent $0.13 per vote and won the R ticket by a fucking landslide.
