Delaware has a flat 8.7% corporate income tax, not to mention a personal income tax. They do, however, have no sales tax.

Large companies have HUGE jurisdictional benefits to being in Delaware, namely, an extremely business friendly judiciary. Whatever they may be paying, they are saving in terms of lawsuits. Those forum selection clauses are a real bitch for consumers.
