The fucked up way of thinking that comes out of that part of the country makes us as a nation week and emboldens our enemies. I would like them to get a HUGE taste of reality, for huge numbers of them to die, and for them to get the fuck out of they way so some real men can handle business. Getting a big nuke dropped onto the Leftist pride and joy city would accomplish all of the goals that I mentioned. My only regret about 9/11 was that planes were used instead of a nuke.

He has to talk about the "spirit" of the deal and appeal to emotion and use weak attempts to coerce them into playing nice because the deal itself isn't worth shit.

State Department indicates that the Iran deal is not legally binding

In a recent letter written by Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs Julia Frifield, the State Department indicates that the nuclear deal with Iran is not legally binding. It is, the letter claims, merely a set of “political commitments between Iran and the P5+1 (the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia, China) and the European Union.”

... if the deal is not legally binding on the United States, it also does not bind Iran either. If the Iranians cheat or renege on the agreement, the administration cannot claim that they violated international law. The Iranian regime, of course, is unlikely to be much influenced by considerations of legal propriety.

Well, you just landed on a couple of more watchlists.

And that was all profoundly fucked up of you to say.

It is going to happen unless we do something about it and the people who are doing their best to keep us from doing what needs to be done are the New Yorker's themselves. If it had been a nuke the first time we would have finished this shit by now. FYI: I fucking hate NYC and would personally nuke it if I could.

                            Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

First Amendment protections of speakers’ rights to speech and assembly vary based on the speakers’ chosen forum. The Supreme Court breaks down forums into three types: traditional public forums, designated forums, and nonpublic forums. See Perry Educ. Ass’n v. Perry Educators’ Ass’n, 460 U.S. 37 (1983). Finally, some public property is not a forum at all.

Traditional public forums include public parks, sidewalks and areas that have been traditionally open to political speech and debate. Speakers’ in these areas enjoy the strongest First Amendment protections. In traditional public forums, the government may not discriminate against speakers based on their views. This is called “viewpoint discrimination.” The government may, however, subject speech to reasonable, content-neutral restrictions on its time, place, and manner. When considering government restrictions of speech in traditional public forums, courts use “strict scrutiny.” Under strict scrutiny, restrictions are allowed only if they serve a compelling state interest and are narrowly tailored to meet the needs of that interest.

Sometimes, the government opens public property for public expression even though the public property is not a traditional public forum. These are designated public forums. After opening a designated public forum, the government is not obligated to keep it open. However, so long as the government does keep the forum open, speech in the forum receives the same First Amendment protections as speech in traditional public forums. Examples of designated public forums include municipal theatres and meeting rooms at state universities.

The government may limit access to a designated public forum to certain classes or types of speech. In these “limited forums,” although the government may discriminate against classes of speakers or types of speech, it may not exercise viewpoint discrimination. For example, the government may limit access to public school meeting rooms by only allowing speakers conducting school-related activities. It may not, however, exclude speakers from a religious group simply because they intend to express religious views. See Good News Club v. Milford Central School, 533 U.S. 98.

Nonpublic forums are forums for public speech that are neither traditional public forums nor designated public forums. Government restrictions on speech in nonpublic forums must be reasonable, and may not discriminate based on speakers’ viewpoints. Examples of nonpublic forums include airport terminals and a public school’s internal mail system. See Perry.

Finally, some public property is not a forum at all, and thus is not subject to this forum analysis. For example, public television broadcasters’ are not subject to forum analysis when they decide what shows to air.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for your support of me and our Constitution even though you do not like what I am saying and you think I am nuts.

I understand you thought process and cannot support it. An attack on NYC is just as much of an attack to the country as if it happens in Dallas, Austin, Houston....etc in my opinion.

Granted the impact is different due to the size of NYC. Which, tactically speaking - that should be diversified across cities a little better. The destruction or damage to a single city should not have such an impact on the country as a whole in my opinion.

An attack is coming with or without your support. I told all of my friends that an attack on the towers was coming again and that the muslims would not stop until the towers were down and in a very short amount of time my words proved to be prophetic. I am telling all of you now that eventually NYC will get nuked if we do not change direction. It will happen shortly after Iran test their first H Bomb and when we have a sitting democrat party president whom the Iranians believe is weak.

Edit: Why do we refuse to listen to the leaders of other nations when they are telling us exactly what they are planning to do?
