Why should he? There's been a shitload of debates, and the moderators have demonstrated in those debates that they only want to attack trump and prop up the RINO du jour. With Bush gone, Christie gone, and now Rubio gone, only Kasich remains. They'll be frothing at the mouth to support him, and by extension their last hope for the GOPe to fuck Trump out of the nomination that the voters are wanting.
