I'd say stab them, but they outlawed pointy knives as too many people were getting stabbed after they banned firearms.

I like the few states that have so far, voted and passed legislation that pre-empts federal gun laws. I am not sure how that works, states rights and all, but this will be interesting...

The feds have been using a supreme court case from the 1930s dealing with interstate commerce to micromanage every single aspect of the economy and regulation. The feds claim to having the authority to regulate Firearms is because the sale and the purchase of firearms affects Interstate Commerce in some form or fashion. That's also how they regulate Healthcare. Because the courts are very reluctant to take away power from the federal government it's unlikely that any case of states rights versus Federal dictates will be found in favor of the state.

The problem is that we aren't being squeezed hard. That is intentional. Instead, like someone said, we are like frogs in a pot of water. They are slowly turning up the heat so that we don't realized we are being boiled. We need to do something before then. Not fight each other, but instead, go after the powerful figures. People with a title before their name should suffice.
