At least Texas is one of the few states that the numbers are dropping in. That might have something to do with us not having such strict quarantine laws in the past few months so that we were able to create immunity.

So I guess I don't understand the timing of it... The FBI has had it for a year, but I would guess that means Rudy got it first then made a copy (he keeps saying he has it) and gave the original to the FBI? And if Rudy made a copy of it and it does have child porn, and he has it in his possession, isn't he breaking the law too?

The shop owner made copies. He rightfully did not trust the FBI. He sent it to the FBI and the FBI did nothing. The shop owner then got connected to Rudy via a friend.
