My brother in law and sister are very anti-gun. I gave my BIL a over/under shotgun when they found out their first was a girl. I also gave him a shirt .... It said something like "I have a gun, shovel and a backyard if you mess with my daughter"

My sister made him store it at my parents house and they only recently got it out with the BLM/Antifa violence.

He came to me a few weeks ago asking if I'd sell him one of my 1911's since he works in Dallas.

I said no.

Since March, I've had tons of people ask me about investing, bullion and other forms of financial diversity. And then since the BLM antifa uptick, I've had tonss of people come by the house and ask about firearms and personal security. My wife is actually working with a local business to get a women's only carry permit class planned for about 8 of her friends so far.

I've been warning folks for years, that when you need the police and seconds count they are only minutes away. I've also been telling people paper money and the markets are highly manipulated. And then to add to it all, I've said you can vote your way into socialism, but you have to shoot your way out of communism. (I'm pretty sure this last one was posted in this thread by SC281 to boot).

It's amazing how stupid society has become in general on very basic topics. People simply do not understand the Bill of Rights anymore. Just look at all these "peaceful protests." You can protest all you want as long as you want in as big a crowd as you like. The minute you stop someone's car, break their windows, or throw something at the police, your rights stop and you get what you get. If you are carrying and throwing Molotov cocktails, we are now in the deadly force is authorized categories.

I want everyone I know to get armed up, because sadly we may need a fully armed citizenry the way things are headed.
