If widespread riots happen in Dallas you'll probably see a few clips of a red or white Mustang SVO doing donuts in the middle of crowds while firing a full auto rifle out the window or maybe a flamethrower.

Edit: If traffic is bad during the riots the driver of the aforementioned SVO may just mount a GoPro on a rifle and walk around shooting people if they are seen engaging in acts of arson or are causing bodily harm to another person.

Edit II: I have trucks with very large canisters of compressed chlorine gas mounted in the back. I wonder what would happen if someone drove through a crowd venting the clorine gas out of the canisters.

Edit III: just remember this little tidbit of information in case you find yourself trapped in the middle of a crowd and are worried about harming anyone. There's a reason school speed limits are 20 miles an hour. Someone who is struck by a vehicle going 20 miles an hour has about an 80% chance of survival. That chance of survival goes down by about 4 percent for every 1 mile an hour above 20 miles an hour.
