I read somewhere earlier today that there are still a ton of govt workers actually working. On par with what we had in 2000. 3/4 of federal activities are still funded (NIH, CDC, DOE, DOD, etc)
Not gonna lie, my life hasn't been affected yet, soooo....



(But shit does need to get sorted out. I think NPS, NASA, NOAA, NSF, USGS, etc need to be operational and they are not right now)
