Does it matter? The question is completely pointless. You have a list of people to choose from and you have to pick one. I already know that I can't pick the one who sent classified shit via her personal email while acting as Secretary of State. That person is incompetent and should not have any sort of secret clearance in the future. So that leaves the others to choose from.
