when your monthly check can only buy a happy meal, it ends up not really being worth it

Could it be that your pension is actually something that isn't sustainable and unrealistic? Could it be that it makes more money for the pension's managers than the people paying into it?

Have you done your homework on this, or have you just regurgitated what your union Stewart said?

Have you looked at what all you are voting in besides your measly pension? What's the cost of this?

i have watched 30-40 guys walk away after 30 years, draw their pensions and pursue personal interests. I'm 1/3 the way there and will be 55 with a son (hopefully) freshly graduated from college.

as for the last part, i think i identify with a socialists platform, but at the end of the day, fuck ya'll im worried about me and mine. fair enough?
