In agreement. So this would give a global power ability to "Police" US citizens via local Federal/State/Local authorities WITHOUT applying US rights nor elected officials based on what they determine are extremists. And we've seen who they consider extremists.

I agree, but refugees also need things like food, water, shelter and to not get raped so if you can provide them that they are arguably easier to control.

Besides, what is to "enforce"? They are sharing in information and planning. Not creating new laws to enforce.

Health records being linked to folks of certain backgrounds in order to prevent violence and intervene is how it is worded directly, not made up.

Again, I don't think a strongly worded letter or pamphlet will exactly prevent violence. It is worded they will work with local law enforcement to carry these things out.
