While I can see both sides of the argument regarding the BBQ joints, this is part of the liberal/progressive/socialist agenda. You can not control innocent people. But if you regulate, tax, and legislate everything, everyone ends up being outside the law eventually.

And generally speaking, I would say this has been an ongoing issue that the two parties failed to come up with a satisfactory agreement.
