That road is nice compared to the crap in Tucson. Roads out here are a hot topic. City is broke though. Keep spending it on useless crap.

If you do your due diligence, they're going to know full well what they are expected to be doing. You have to keep hounding them, its been done many many times in many many different towns. Simply giving them more money guarantees NOTHING. You'd still be relying on them to hopefully go your way, and do what you want. But they've got things they want, too. Don't forget that part.

Even your county road has probably had more maintenance done on it than mine.

Then how is it every time I go there that those residential streets are at least maintained to some degree and for the most part in better shape when the city is soooooo broke?

Is that happening?

Fix it, bill the county
Again, Why is it a liberally destroyed government can do services in an city that is bankrupt better than mine that`s run by Conservatives who pride themselves as being taxpayer watchdogs?

There is no more traffic on it than many of the surrounding roads that have been taken care of. I think we can both agree that the street is still even there after all these years tells you how well it was originally built. There is a lot of passing the buck and blaming the other going on here, when it comes to the cities in question. When trying to work with city hall, there is that one anti tax crowd that always shouts us ( people on this street ) out at meetings... I`m thinking one of them just may be on this board by what you are seeing going on in the other places.
