I'm all about learning as many languages as possible, but I've got a problem with duh gubment tellin' my kids dey dun needs to lernt summin' other dan white-speak.
I'm decent with Spanish, very choppy and baby-speak with Arabic, and you all already know of my shortcomings in English.

English is a globally important language. Matter of fact, every air traffic controller on the planet must be fluent in English. I wish I could fluently speak about a half dozen languages without having to work hard for it. LOL
I made two C's as an undergrad and one of them was in Spanish 4. It's sad that after 3 years in HS and 2 more in college that I can't understand someone speaking spanish unless they speak painfully slow.US Politics in three words - Divide and Conquer
