If those countries want these animals gone, they grant us payment that will at the very least cover the costs of people and treasure spent as well as doing away with any debts we may owe. Correct, neither "Islamic State" nor "Terrorism" are countries. We are not at war with a country, we are at war with a multi-winged faction that finds itself interwoven through many primarily Muslim believing nations. Problem is, they are unconventional in the fact that they are recruiting, from western nations, westerners to carry out attacks on western soil. They have already infiltrated our country with their recruitment and use of "religious freedom" to hide their ploy. They are what many call, Muslim Extremists.
