Who said that? I said its criminal what they've done and it should be illegal. Everyone involved should have been fired and or in jail. They need to either force them to refund all the money back to the government but preferably the taxpayers, or force them to institute the changes they said they'd make. I get that this law does attempt to do that, but only a complete fool would trust this government. Or any government, really. Alas, some of us learn better than others.

Lastly, are you really going to say the utilities don't do the exact same thing? I can remember when I was about 15 my dad showed me a water bill was $27. Family of 4. Now with just me an the ol lady, its often $130 in the summer if I don't want my lawn to look like an apocalyptic wasteland. And don't even get me started on electric bills.
