Yeah, I wondered that myself. I know when I ended up in hood from PA, I became a "resident" - which at that point made me a non-resident of PA. Out of state hunting licenses suck, but that's the most I've seen.

I guess that could be citizenship, but it's not like one could not still live/work in TX by being a resident of another state....at least for a few years.
