If everybody bitched, complained, moaned, cried, and voted accordingly, they wouldnt be out of the barn. They might have got out but theyd be forced right back in. So ill do my part. Give not one inch. Call their acts criminal and call for them to be thrown in prison. Like we all know they should. You give up on justice and you wont have any

Aren't they also the same court that in the 1820's ruled that they have the power to decide everything and that the judges have lifetime appointments with out congress passing a law saying those things?
Isn't the Supreme Court the same court that upheld a 2 year federal prison conviction of a man for growing wheat on his land for his own consumption and that ruling has been the foundation for every Federal power grab since that time?
Should I continue?

Generally from 1801-1835. But it was also written out in the constitution as prescribed in the federal papers. I'd suggest reading both, you'll have to anyway when you go to Yale. The entire point of lifetime appointments was to bolster a third branch without the threat of executive punishments via replacements.
You should provide context. Here is where your 172 LSAT score looks like a pile of horseshit sprinkled with the finest bullshit. You're presenting vague strawman arguments without putting them in proper context or without fully explaining any relevancy.
I have read the Federalist Papers & Constitution and have a good laymen's understanding of the intentions of the framers. My comments were made just to needle people who believe that the courts are infallible.
FYI; I turned down a full ride and withdrew from a prominent school in the north east after half a semester in my late teens after experiencing first hand the despicable nature of many of the people in that part of the country. You could not pay me to go to Yale or any other school in that part of the country thus my decision to enroll in a TX university. I will get back with ya'll about my level of success in a few years.
PS Why does me getting a middle of the road A on a test get your panties into such a tightwad?Last edited by svauto-erotic855; 01-20-2015, 10:52 AM.Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.
