I think that has been our hesitation, but now we got Arabs going in with us. The UAE and Jordan are also flying missions.

This is because the military isn't utilized for its initial purpose- to defend the Constitution, our people and our borders. It is now used to defend our INTERESTS, impose agendas in foreign lands and fuel the economy through the military industrial conflict. It is no wonder that they are so overextended as they have been in recent past. There is no room for them to conduct the duties they were designed for.
