Your heart is in the right place but your tactics are flawed. Nuke a few random large cities in muslim countries and tell them that their holy sites are next and mean it. Then force them to pay the same tax that they force non muslims to pay and they will kiss your feet. The only trick is that the threat of nuking their holy sights can never go away.

Where exactly would you nuke? In case you didn't know one of the goals of ISIS/ISIL is to destroy all of the holy sites already. Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Buddhist or even Hindu. It doesn't matter, if you worship or idolize anything other than god and don't do it how they want they'll kill you.
