Don't worry guys, SVO855 will explain all this, just like he explained electric cars. In addition to being an automotive engineer in the 80's, he's also been a fellow at GWU in Middle Eastern Studies, and a chair of a regional Fed. Also, he personally designed the wadding in your shotgun shells, and flew combat helicopter missions for the Rhodesian government against indigenous rebels.

Not knocking the man's credentials, was simply making a point about the importance of getting as much information as you can from as many places as you can.

It's funny, how much you hate the muslims, where if it weren't for them you wouldn't be communicating in the manner that you do.

I don’t care if he is the smartest man in the world. His voice is like fingernails on a chalk board to me. I can only stand about 5 min. of the guy.

I dislike the Jews much less then I dislike the muslims. I am happy that Israel exists because maybe the Jews here will go over there one day.

You misunderstood me so I will try to be more clear. I do not care for the UN and could care less about what they say. Israel enforces their own borders without input from the UN.

We buy close to a trillion dollars worth of oil a year that comes out of the ground in countries that are muslim run countries.

I am aware. That doesn't mean a reserve currency is an income stream (your inference). You are still wrong.

There would be no Israel without the UN. It was a UN mandate that created the state of Israel.

The UN writes thing on paper. Israel backed it up with arms and still exists because of arms. If the UNs words carried any real weight then those words would have ended Israel years ago.

So the oil that we buy from them is really given to us for free and that their wealth did not come directly from us in exchange for a natural resource that they own but are completely incapable of exploiting themselves? Got it.

The discussion about electric cars is really more of a discussion about religion with a religious fanatic and I got tired of it. I was not an engineer in the 80's since I am not old enough to have finished school in the 80's. Middle Eastern Studies is a study in wasting time and I would never care for that. I know the head of the Fed in Dallas. Does that count? I could actually design the wadding for use in a shotgun but I have never been employed in that field. I only have a fixed wing rating and did not even have any "big boy hairs" before Rhodesia was a footnote in history although I have been to Africa on a few occasions.

Why? Does what I say offend you as much as what you say offends some other people? I don't take sides in this case. Once one side kills all of the others on the other side we will deal with the winners. I don't believe that either side likes us and I don't like them much either.

Have you ever bought a water melon from a truck full of them parked on the side of the road? Ever notice how they cut open a melon and place it away from them to draw the flies away from them? That is what we have done with Israel and we are letting them swat the flies for us.

You can find most of the answers via a simple internet search and an open mind that hasnt been polluted by the fallacies that accompany zionism. If you prefer print, I have a dozen or so books on the Arab-Israeli conflict I can loan you.

My best friend from college's pops can tell you all about how the Israelis bulldozed his predominantly Palestinian Greek Orthodox Christian (zomg, there are non-muslim palestinians!) village and how he had to flee to Jordan. It really is impossible to understand the conflict in its entirity without some serious academic study or wading through primary sources. Also, where is the capital? Where are its borders? The author of this is either trolling or retarded.
Does he also tell you about how some of the Palestinians just sold their land to the Jews? Or how some of the land was completely uninhabited until the Jews decided they wanted it and then an owner miraculously appeared? Sometimes ten years later? For every story of someone's house getting bulldozed, there is another boring story where some Jews bought some land.

The bottom line is that the situation is so complicated that no sane person will want to try to make sense of it. But NONE OF IT justifies people shooting rockets at random or carrying out suicide bombings.
