Good order and discipline. This is not limited to a ranking female/ subordinate male relationship. You want to see morale get killed within a unit? Watch a ranking male chew out a male subordinate, then play favorites with female subordinate in similar circumstances because they are banging on the side.

Saw it all the time. One of the "final" things that caused me to get out - my unit said if you were the most spiffy for morning formation, you get a free day off.

I had competition among a few in the unit. We were all pissed when our E-7's fuck bitch got the award and she was tore the fuck up - and an E-4.

My last full at-sea deployment was on an Arleigh Burke class destroyer. We had about a 70 to 30 male to female ratio. It was pretty orderly, though a few of the hotter (hot being relative to days at sea) girls did seem to spend an inordinate amount of time hanging out in our helo hanger. I guess even they knew that the helo guys were the way to go.
