Right, and skin color is the sole factor in determining homogeneity within a society.

I'll take your childish behavior towards me as an admonition that I'm correct. I can't really see why you'd get all butthurt about it, but whatever, dude.

It's a town, not a county, and there is a (widely used) exemption clause.

This is the only bill forcing some one to buy something I would agree with. And un-like the health care bill, it is within the constitution to do this....Because it is on a State level, and not a Federal level. If you don't get this part I would suggest you read the constitution.

But unfortunately this is just a game some politicians are playing that will back fire on them. (no pun intended)

Ok, then what's the difference from having to buy auto insurance. I know it covers others if you have a wreck but wouldn't that be deemed unconstitutional?

No Larius as you aren't required to drive a car and a car is there merely to protect others from you, instead of just protecting you.

                      That's true, I didn't think about that.

I always wondered what the US would be like if it was in the constitution that every american must carry a firearm if they are out in public. I think that this would be a much safer place. At least here in texas, where a criminal can be fired upon by john q. public just for committing a violent crime or even just a robbery. I damn sure wouldn't try that shit if I knew everyone that could see me had a freakin gun. That would just be retarded.
