What a terrible article and horribly written.

Where does it say you have to have a written contract? The law seems mostly focused on those situations where someone is black out drunk and cannot give consent, something that is already interpreted as illegal but this would spell it out for campus investigations. This is something that is already a standard in case law.

How is requiring consent for sex a bad thing?

So this is for college campuses only? If so, wtf is wrong with white people reproducing?!?!?!

When China takes over in 20 years, we will have to kill all female children anyway.

Wait, so you don't think someone should be allowed to change their mind after sex has been initiated?

I have a feeling a large majority of people who earnestly propose this would not like the results.

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Probably not. We already got cases against men for 'raping' their wives. Maybe instead of being dumbasses the law should say, dont get into it if you dont want none. Once the act has started with consent there should be no possible way that you were 'raped'
