Having nice toys is one thing; having the nuts to use them is another. Do you really believe that Obama would respond to an attack on our fleet that wipes it out completely if China says that it was the actions of a few rouge general and then publicly executes said generals? They would say that only military targets were harmed and beg us not to kill innocent civilians who had nothing to do with the attack. Obama or someone just like him would roll right over if forced to face that situation.

I think if it ever came to that he'd be locked up in a bunker somewhere with half of his cabinet and they'd have technical problems that stopped him from being able to act as commander in chief. Biden would mysteriously disappear and Boehner would yield power to the military.

I like the US Army uniforms their reporters are wearing. That J-15 (Chinese clone of a SU-33) is barely powerful enough to leave the deck without stalling unloaded, throw on a bunch of missiles and fuel and it'll be sitting at the bottom of the ocean.

Shitty cranials have been around since the 1950s. It's not exactly like they're special. You could look at a picture of one and come up with your own I doubt there was a lot of reverse engineering going on there.

The flight deck ramp is way more common than expensive and complex steam catapult systems. Infact I think only the US, Brazil, and the French even use steam catapults.

Every time I read one of those articles I cringe. Historically, our Military, and civilian Intelligence has been so far off its scary. During WW2, Korea and Vietnam they ( Intelligence) so bady underestimated our enemies and their capabilities that it cost us untold casualties and defeats. We never seen to learn...

They probably build their reef based bases on reefs created by scuttled 2013 war ships. It's all they can do to leave port on a maiden voyage and get back without something falling off or breaking. They should name their next generation of super class carriers "The WalMart" class.
