Then surely you have actual wording of the document in question to back up your claim.

Is the government going to tell you who you can rent your house too, who you can sell your car too, what your hiring standards must be? Are they going to set up different guidelines we must follow? If you are black you get this test, if you are LGBT you get this test. It becomes a slippery slope once you begin to set up protected classes.

Having been on the other side of diversity at my job it sucks to get passes over because I wasn’t a minority, but my company gets federal contracts so they have to have a certain percentage of minorities in management positions.
This. And I actually would love to see signs up at businesses again telling me certain people are not allowed in there; it would be very easy for me to know where to NOT spend my money. As it stands now, there are very racist or bigoted people who are small business owners, but by law they have to let my wife and I shop there. For all I know we could be spending a ton of money at a place all the while the owner hates inter-racial couples. If that is the case I would love to see a sign on the door so I can just turn around and go elsewhere. Most of the civil rights laws have had alot of negative unintended consequences. That stuff should apply only to the government or places that receive tax dollars; the rest should be able to do as they please. Plus it is such a double standard; teenage boys get charged more for insurance and that is OK, but you cannot charge someone more because they are Asian.
I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

Sex with an Asian woman is great, but 30 minutes later you're horny again.

Sound like we got some libs

Business is a private entity, they are obligated to no one. They can shut down and flip off everyone in town while theyre doing it, if thats what they really wanted.

I just dont see a store that wont sell to blacks or gays being in business for long. Lets live in reality people

Cant wait to see what happens when the Muslims sue over sharia law. When some Christian sues over indecency laws because they have the right to flash their junk during Mardi Gras. When a lgbt friendly church sues because the state infringes on their right to get married and adopt children. Or when some Bacchus worshiper sues over the right to drive drunk and have public orgies, maybe even the right to both at the same time.
