Having been on the other side of diversity at my job it sucks to get passes over because I wasn’t a minority, but my company gets federal contracts so they have to have a certain percentage of minorities in management positions.I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

Business is a private entity, they are obligated to no one. They can shut down and flip off everyone in town while theyre doing it, if thats what they really wanted.
I just dont see a store that wont sell to blacks or gays being in business for long. Lets live in reality peopleWH
