If a business doesn't want to serve me because I'm white them in fine with it, I don't want them to take my money if that's the case.
It's a privately owned business. They should be able to do what they want.

So, racr- if a business wouldnt serve people over 6' would you really want to go there?

I remember back in Canada a convo like this was going on and the guy that was adamantly against it and screaming at the top of his lungs about fire and brimstone had a signature with two girls kissing.

I am not pro-discrimination. You misunderstood. I couldn't care less if you want to have a dick in your ass while reading the bible. What I don't like is when these tools expect legislative legitimacy and demand tolerance of their abhorrent behavior. Not happening.
But to tell someone that because they are/look gay that they cannot shop in your store is absurd. Just like telling someone that they cannot have a cross or bible reference in their place of business.

Well, I guess we can throw out the civil rights act then. If a business requires membership to for people to do business there, then they can pick and choose who they want. On the flip side, if they don't, they can't, unless the person is causing a disturbance of some sort.

I am absolutely positive I'm not a liberal.

So if I choose not to do buisness with you, for any reason, that isnt allowed? Bullshit. I tell customers never to call me again because they are pieces of shit all the time.

Ive told vendors to not come back unless they find a driver that isnt covered in sweat and stinking up my office.

You think that should be illegal?

Those are both disturbances, are they not?

What exactly makes a sweaty, stinky driver a disturbance? Perhaps that the majority of his customers find that type of individual off-putting?

Any business or government entity that gets tax-payer funds should have to allow equal access to all US citizens. Any private business should be allowed to provide service to who they choose. Once the government can tell a baker who they must bake a cake for and a florist who they must provide flowers for you are taking away someone else’s freedoms. Also at what point does it stop. Is the government going to tell you who you can rent your house too, who you can sell your car too, what your hiring standards must be? Are they going to set up different guidelines we must follow? If you are black you get this test, if you are LGBT you get this test. It becomes a slippery slope once you begin to set up protected classes.

Having been on the other side of diversity at my job it sucks to get passes over because I wasn’t a minority, but my company gets federal contracts so they have to have a certain percentage of minorities in management positions.

Like I said, we're selecting ourselves for extinction.

And Eric, I've said some ridiculous things on here over the years. Are you sure this was the worst? LoL
