Stand up, speak firmly and say "Go ahead, suck his dick, and elect us because we hear semen tastes better with lower taxes." Or simple "What YOU do with YOUR body is none of OUR fucking business, and so long as it doesn't serve as a determent to society as a whole - then go crazy." But they won't do that, because for some reason, they want to play nanny and control the bedroom, so fuck em.

Sadly, the only way this will ever happen is through the Libertarians. It's the big problem I have with Ted Cruz. He does some great stuff and then turns around with some sanctimonious religious shit that leaves you saying "wait, what?!"

He is quick to tell everyone how fucked up they are as he's doing things right, blah blah blah.

You can't hardly understand the guy with the dick sucking he does of the police, and the judgmental approach takes with everyone that has a differing opinion, and the inferential leaps he makes are superhero in distance. Plus, he won't reply to his critics, just those that are willing to pat him on his weak, estrogen shaped back.

Me either. He's sexist, racist, homophobic, a bigot and not even trying to be ironical about it. I hope he gets raped, brutally, and suffers a pro-lapsed asshole. He really does hit me as a closest gay that just wants to feel the hand of justification gripping the back of his head as the penetrating orb of soul cleanser fucks his mouth while depositing self loathing into his stomach.

Withya. It's like listening to a train wreck. He will take someone that says "Yeah, I suppose I am pro-choice" and then spend the rest of his show spinning it in a manner that makes them appear as if they are the Joseph Stalin of child eugenics, crushing babies with hammers.

And for talk show's in general - I'm going with conservative, because that's what I primarily subject myself to (although the ticket is taking a solid foothold) - but the buzzwords. For Christ's sake, do they build a buzzword database that they hammer into the ground and use at all given points? Stop. Or the saddling up and riding of key minority figures. We get it, Ben Carson is conservative, Allen West is too, who gives a shit? Quit sucking these guys off based on their color aligning with your view point. Neither republicans or democrats take a man at the content of his character, they simply race bait and try to prop up the darkest toned figure they can in an attempt to appear progressive and accepting...while they check the gums to make sure the politician has good teeth.
Great post. As I was reading it, it made me think of some of the topics I've heard him cover and disagreed with him on.

I have gotten annoyed with every talk radio show I start listening to for the simple fact that it just shoves the host's stances on things down your ear until you are forced to turn it. All of them are like that anymore. I do believe it's not only an industry standard, but it is what the vast majority of the listening audience wants. They want to click on their favorite genre of show and regurgitate that person's talking points with others.

Yale and I talked about this the other day. As much as I want to believe Cruz is a standout, I'm just having a hard time buying it. He just seems like another horse of slightly different color. The problem I have with American Christianity is the number of sects that all seem to depart from the bible and spin things their way. At this point, I'm thinking that Americans are more arrogant than they are exceptional. It's fine that politicians believe in what they believe in, but they need to "know their role" and focus on the business of the day.

This seems like a nightly occurrence. If people haven't listened to him, I highly recommend it. His arrogance is amazing. I get why Limbaugh comes off as arrogant - he birthed a movement and has made himself a billionaire in the process. I also tend to think that people misplace arrogance with his extreme confidence. Krok doesn't have that. I'd say he's making sub $150k a year but acts like he won "Cock of the year" at the AVN awards. This only leads to the annoyance with him. Hell, look at his twitter picture - he is what Colbert satirizes.

The hosts are generally arrogant, convinced that their opinion is THE prevailing opinion, and the arrogance is stoked by even more arrogant callers that need to share their level of enlightenment with the host or the world.

As much as they refuse to admit it, people on the left or the right need each other. Differing opinions are not a bad thing, they are needed. And legitimately, there are no differences in humans. People on the left hate and want to control the un-understood people on the right and people on the right hate and want to control the un-understood people on the left. All the while, they refuse to actually have a conversation about similarities and embracing the differences. I also understand that this unicorn debate will never happen because emotion clouds judgment and vacates reason.

I like Mark Levin, very educated, has quite a bit of experience (more than any other host) and sticks to the facts, and rarely deviates from constitutional law. Probably one of the best versed on constitutional law in the country. He stays out of social conservatism for the most part, and mostly focuses on fiscal issues.

Levin is really sharp, his passion comes off as such, because he can back it up. He's also been pretty successful in front of the SCOTUS.

That being said, his show falls in a time when I can't catch it.

As the head of the landmark legal foundation not many can say they've sued Obama and won.

Levin is great though I do have to take breaks from him time to time. His books are well written and force you to actually do some thinking. He's also the mentor of some of the greatest conservative hosts in media today.

Other radio stations are based off voluntary support of their sponsors. NPR uses tax dollars instead of ratings. It doesn't matter how slanted left they are, how little anyone listens to them, they will continue to exist and pay their hosts whatever they like because cutting NPR from the taxpayer teat turns the liberals inside out. There is no constitutional mandate for their existence but you demand they actually exist based on their skills and you're trying to behead Big Bird while skull fucking Bert. Same with removing public funding from Sesame Street.

Levin fan here, although he does go off on a tangent from time to time.

Also like Bill Bennett and Dennis Prager...

Also, America: The Last Best Hope by Bennett... Both volumes are great reads...

Mark Levin is the one guy I truly follow. Like you said, he is an intelligent person that knows his stuff, has experience on the inside of our govt, and is a true patriot to our country. Sometimes, I wish he would let the callers make their point before he rails them, but that is my only issue with him. He is doing what he can to educate our country and hopefully save it from ruin.

I also enjoy listening to Hannity. He seems like a truly nice guy.
