No you didn't, to either of those.

EDIT: Title VII of the 1964 Equal Rights Act, so it actually is in the motherfucking Constitution. Have a nice day.

Further: Looks like they're a declared Equal Opportunity Employer, so they've got to comply with Title VII.
When it comes to the federal government, yes. I thought this was simple stuff taught in middle school.

No. The constitution dictates what the federal government may spend taxes on.

Not 100% accurate. They pay an insurance service company that negotiates with doctors. In these instances, Hobby Lobby IS the insurance company, they bear the cost, they just use someone like BCBS to hand the paperwork and funds transfers. So you have this giant blackbox that no one has access to, but that tells a Dr. they get $20 for this procedure, then tells the company that they must pay $80 for that service and the $60 in the middle gets "processed" by BCBS.

Do we get a say in how our taxes are spent? Not that I agree with the ACA, but if it is a tax then they'll just have to nut up and deal with it.

Gargamel, do you ever have anything to add to a conversation?
Have you signed up? I also disagree with the term tax, because you have, theoretically, zero say in the matter. You don't play, you get fined. You do play, you get fucked.

You mean beyond the Supreme Law of the land that states that all powers not expressly granted to the federal government (18 enumerated powers and amendments) belong to the states. If that authority isn't granted to the federal government, they are unable (constitutionally and thus legally) to spend tax dollars on it.

Simple constitutional understanding. It's even written in English so it's simple.

What no one is discussing is the real problem that is at play here, Individual Responsibility.

If people would just be responsible for themselves then employers wouldn't have to(and shouldn't be) responsible for this bullshit.

Don't bother. Any time he lacks a coherent argument he just repeats the word Constitution over and over again until the other party gets bored with it and gives up. I'm convinced it's a weird form of tourettes at this point.

So when I bring up the supremacy clause, are we gonna do this dance all over again?

Not at all as long as you admit the Supremacy Clause covers only the things enumerated to the federal government while acknowledging the rest lays in the hands of the states. According to the Constitution

                                Evidently you don't.

Quoting the Constitution is an 'antic?' Damn. I mean, holding the federal government to it's framework is crazy and shit yo.
