They're paying an insurance company.

If the company is paying for it, why shouldn't they have some say about it? If the employees don't like it, they have the option to leave.

Do we get a say in how our taxes are spent? Not that I agree with the ACA, but if it is a tax then they'll just have to nut up and deal with it.
