They're paying an insurance company.Originally posted by 71chevellejohn View PostIs Hobby Lobby actually writing the individual checks for their employees healthcare or do they have an insurance company that provides their health benefits?
Do we get a say in how our taxes are spent? Not that I agree with the ACA, but if it is a tax then they'll just have to nut up and deal with it.Originally posted by Sean88gt View PostIf the company is paying for it, why shouldn't they have some say about it? If the employees don't like it, they have the option to leave.
Gargamel, do you ever have anything to add to a conversation?

I've got no sympathy for anyone who complains about employers. You don't like it? Leave. You're not a slave. And Hobby Lobby isn't your parent. Go get all 20 forms of birth control from Wal Mart, and let me know how that minimum wage lifestyle is.Originally posted by Baron Von Crowder View PostOr pay for it themselves, too.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

I'm not a thread enforcement officer, but what you posted had nothing to do with the topic at hand. Typically it's beneficial to actually have a conversation about something and talk about what you think about a given situation. Apparently you can't be bothered to do that.Originally posted by Gargamel View PostTo most people, yes...
I was not aware that you were deemed the thread enforcement officer, so please move along with your bull crap.

Just add it to the long list of things about me that you find so bothersome.Originally posted by racrguy View PostI'm not a thread enforcement officer, but what you posted had nothing to do with the topic at hand. At this point, I actually enjoy the fact that I annoy you so much.
So keep on movin' on brotha....

You don't annoy me, you, and a great many others sadden me. You either choose not to, or are incapable of having a regular conversation about politics and it's horrible. People wonder why the government and the country is so fucked up, it's because of situations like this where people would rather say nonsensical bullshit than to actually engage in conversation.Originally posted by Gargamel View PostJust add it to the long list of things about me that you find so bothersome.

I thought it was applicable to the topic... Obamacare \ Federal Mandates and the related fall out.
What you think (or anyone else thinks for that matter) is irrelevant other than the owner\moderators of this site.
If the powers that be block\delete my posts because of it, so be it. (It's just a friggin message board)
If you don't like it, feel free to put me on ignore.
Other than that, I'm going to post what I feel is relevant.

If we were directly talking about the ACA, sure, I can see where your comment came from, but we were talking specifically about the lawsuit and the reasoning behind it.Originally posted by Gargamel View PostSure, whatever you say...

I expanded the thought\range of the discussion using a quote from the article (which directly relates to the ACA), so sue me.Originally posted by racrguy View PostIf we were directly talking about the ACA, sure, I can see where your comment came from, but we were talking specifically about the lawsuit and the reasoning behind it.
If you feel it has no merit, move the hell on...
