Fuck no, they can lick my sack. However, my employer covers 100% of the cost of my insurance so at the current moment it makes little difference. If I have to start paying for insurance I won't have it, as I don't need it.

Quoting the Constitution is an 'antic?' Damn. I mean, holding the federal government to it's framework is crazy and shit yo.
No, you not understanding what you're talking about and ignoring what doesn't fit into your preconceived notions is the antics he's talking about.

      Sorry, you can't do that.

You can take 2.5% of gross income from a turnip though.

That three or four grand is going to inspire lots of comedy right around April 2017 and honestly I can't wait!

Try $600, but unless they change the rules they can't take anything from me aside from a refund that I was supposed to get, which never happens anyway for a single white dude with no dependents.

I would not at all be surprised if they change the rules. In fact, I wonder what's taken them this long.

After 2016, it is 2.5% of income above filing threshold or a minimum $695 + "inflation adjustment" - which means they just make up numbers to make their spreadsheets look better.

Simple constitutional understanding. It's even written in English so it's simple.
How did you get that? Beyond the constitution, wtf? I specifically said past the "middle school learnings". You know, the ones that ignore all concepts and precedents of constitutional law that have occurred since 1787. You actually have a fairly strong grip on what the constitution says, but ignore the legal system and how it works fairly amazingly.

No matter how you slice it, they take your money. Your returns are your money they borrowed. Tyranny is real.

Yeah I've watched most of 'em. Very likely I won't see this one through when something else distracts me. Hell, I'm on leave so I have almost as much free time as he does.

I know what you're saying, and I don't disagree. The trick is to beat them at their own game. If you set it up where you don't get a return, they don't take any of your money.

I fully expect them to try and change it so you owe the penalty. All of those fucks just can't wait to get more revenue they can use to buy votes.

I really want to be around for the fucking lefty hipsters when they get hit with that 2.5% though. It is going to be nuts.

They'll still get you, eventually they will get their money. They can seize assets if they so choose, and eventually you're going to hit the litigation threshold.

You still paid in all kinds of money for them to waste

Tax refunds are for those who don't know how to manage their income.
