So basically the guy arguing against it is saying "We know they're all on drugs. But their poor ass kids are going to suffer when their dirtbag parents can't get free money."
That's what it always comes down to. Some asshole is a shitbag, so innocent people are going to suffer. Maybe they should just take their kids away? Course then we'd all be paying for that, but then again we kinda are anyway. So yeah, take the kids away. There are probably some of them that wouldn't like that.
