IMO, this current stuff, they're in perpetual resistance mode, because, IMO, we're not making war. We're treating this like a cancer. We're doing "nice" surgical removals to get a little here, a little there when we should hit the whole body with chemo and bring the body to near death in order to purge it. Sure, a lot of healthy, good cells will die, but the body as a whole will be healthier in the recovery."Self-government won't work without self-discipline." - Paul Harvey

Their Oath of Enlistment says they will:
I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.
Look at the Bonus Army after WW1, our own Army was commanded to raid protesting veterans. Then you have the Kent State shootings. It not only can happen, it has happened.

They did swear they would support and defend it
Seems to me a domestic enemy of the constitution isnt a protestor who is clearly defending it but rather a politician trying to go around it. They would be breaking their oathWH
