I want to hear how the State of Our Union is, I like Politics and I what to hear the President Speak. Tonight is an important night for all American, it is the State of the Union Address were he will address a joint session of Congress.
The real question should be, "why would you not" if you have the time.

I can't stand to even hear him speak. Much less look at him. It only pains me more that there is no substance behind his "eloquent" vomit that comes out of his mouth.

If you really think you're going to get something out of it, then you're really lost and not in politics that much. It's just a show with obvious statements and tons of ass-kissing with applause.

A five year spending freeze sounds good. A five year cut in unnecessary government funding and spending sounds even better. More oversight (by a private, non-partisan company) on social security and medicare is a step in the right direction. It won't happen.

Withdraw from iraq and afghanistan completely and focus on national security more (the southern border is being severely overlooked).

Social security reform. Increase the age to 72 for starters. Not sure what to do after that -- it's a government approved/sanctioned ponzi scheme.

No more bailouts for any company/state. You reap what you sew. If you can't play by the rules you don't deserve to play.

Punish american industries and companies who send jobs overseas to save a buck.

                      Government pensions? Not anymore.

I could go on, but i am on my phone and am tired of using this shitty keyboard and having to constantly go back and edit typos.

This isn't the venue for getting informed.

Privatize, like what Bush 43 said he wanted to do (but never did). We'd all be freakin' millionaires if we took our OWN SSN contributions and rolled it into 401k type plan.

There's nothing to be informed about. He's gonna push jobs and deficit reduction/reform when the jack ass is responsible for making both issues worse (Simulus II, III, and Healthcare "reform"). He has no plan to do either, just gonna say it, wave a wand and blame somebody when it doesn't happen.
