    Not surprising, but fuck california. Word is out and there is a good chance someone on the list will fight back. This could be interesting to watch unfold.

                    How is this even legal? I would think any of this could be challenged in court.
                    1. to take your guns (2nd amendment)
                    2. to take them with no reimbursement (felony theft if value>$500)

                    It would seem that because the law was passed after the fact (after you owned them) then you should be grandfathered in

                        The problem with whether it's legal or not is you have political judges. Every judge that will hear that case is going to be a lib.
