It's not only better technology, but the Government has nothing to do with the fact that the majority of these leases are PRIVATE, not Federally owned.

That and the infrastructure is getting built, thus more gas is reaching main pipelines now.

This dickhead and the Govmt aren't doing ANYTHING to contribute. If anything they are doing more to interfere. Just look at the new EPA Regs that pop up daily.
