Japan's population regression is so bad that the Chinese don't have to bother with an invasion. Just wait about 100 years and they can just take a couple of boats and claim the whole thing for themselves.
Should be aimed at muslims. Ask Europeans how quickly Europe will fall under muslim control at the current rate (or lack thereof) of re-population. Coming soon to North America.
