Gowdy goes after NPS over closures

Trey Gowdy went after the National Park Service Director today and asked him why it took him over 100 days to enforce federal regulations with Occupy groups camping out in national parks but when it comes to the veterans, their memorials were closed on the first day and he can’t cite a single federal regulation requiring him to do so.

A friend of mine is a member of the DC police force, and while he couldnt speak about specifics, he said that he was unaware of any arrests for anyone at any of the closed memorials, etc, and that there are videos of people closing the barricades so that they can film themselves opening them for veterans, etc.

He said the whole mess with the closed stuff was a farce, but he was working for IOU's.
